Don Nowill, Ph.D., MBA, MHA

Don is an organizational psychologist who works with top executives and management teams and boards on issues of leader effectiveness, development, and succession, organizational change (including merger integration) and team development and effectiveness. He has provided organizational counsel to Fortune 500 companies, Non-Profit agencies and Healthcare Centers, both as an executive and as a consultant. He is a frequent speaker, workshop leader, and business and professional school lecturer. His approach with clients is personable, collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis of grounding his practice in specialized interventions that are time tested and research based.

He holds BS in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University, a MS in Healthcare Administration and a MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a MA and a PhD in Human & Organizational Development from The Fielding Graduate University.

John specializes in the areas of Business Communications including Sales, Presentations, Leadership and Team development. John’s many years of innovative instruction and design have resulted in acclaimed program effectiveness for very diverse business needs. He has designed and taught custom training programs for many fortune 500 companies, including; Novartis, GE Capital, Bayer HealthCare, JP Morgan Chase, Met Life, DuPont, and Dynegy.
